Terms of Service

Any changes to our Terms of Service will be posted as site news. It is your responsibility to keep yourself informed about our policy changes.

Wunderkin is a privately owned site, and your access is a priviledge, not a right. To ensure that the game remains enjoyable for everyone, it is regulated by a set of rules. We reserve the right to cancel your account, or to remove dragons or items as deemed necessary, at our sole discretion.

General player behavior

1. Exploiting a bug (taking advantage of a flaw on the site to gain an unfair advantage over other players) is a bannable offense. All bugs should be reported by messaging an administrator or a moderator.
2. Selling anything on Wunderkin for real currency (USD, Euro, etc) or real items is forbidden. This includes derivative works from the text or images within the site, as well as accounts or items.
3. Selling or trading of accounts, items, or dragons for in-site currency (Bloodstones or Soulstones) is allowed.
4. Selling or trading of accounts, items, or dragons for other site currencies is allowed, as long as the other site allows it too. This is done at the players' own risk, as we cannot enforce these deals on other sites. You are also allowed to sell accounts, items, or dragons for virtual currency as long as that virtual currency is not redeemable for real currency (ex. Linden Dollars.)
5. Being rude to other players, harassing or scamming is expressely forbidden, and will result in a warning or a ban, depending on the seriousness of the offense.
6. Moderate swearing is allowed, as long as it is not directed at any player or group of players.
7. Similarly, begging for items, or complaining an item is too expensive, or a dragon doesn't sell, in order to gain funds is not allowed. Pre-orders of dragon offspring when the parents are not created are not allowed in any way, for any currency.
8. If you choose to purchase Soulstones through Paypal and chargebacks are brought against Wunderkin, your account will be banned pending an investigation. If there are charges brought against Wunderkin as a result of chargebacks from your account, your account will only be restored once they are paid in full.
9. You are encouraged to post with correct spelling and grammar, to the best of your abilities. Chatspeak is frowned upon, and may result in deleted posts at the moderators' discretions.

Game-play specific rules

1. You may share accounts, but you may only access one account. If you are in the process of trading accounts, all dailies - training, quests, etc - must be done in only the account you wish to move into or keep. Any spare account must either be banned (message an administrator for this) or sold / traded / gifted to another player within three days.
2. Any action players take in your account will be understood as being in complete agreement with your wishes. If dragons, currency, or items are transferred out of your account, these transfers will not be reversed. When you give any player access to your account, and as per this ToS, you agree that any resulting action is your responsibility.
3. You may transfer your dragons away from your account for them to benefit from someone else's training sessions, or for them to be fed by someone else. However, to protect yourself, please make all such agreements through messaging on Wunderkin. Also keep in mind that if you do not pay the agreed price within a reasonable timeframe, the other person may keep your dragon.
4. Special rules address dragons sent away for breeding: breeding fees must be paid prior to the dragon being sent, breeding crystals must be obtained prior to the dragon being sent, and the dragon must be returned within 24 hours.

Forum and Chat rules

1. Posting spam to increase post count or obtain bloodstones in Chat or on the Forums is a bannable offense. Posts should always contribute to the discussion at hand. If you are addressing a player directly and it does not contribute to the discussion, then it should be done through the messaging system.
2. Bumping threads in the marketplace may be done, as long as the posts are spaced by at least two hours. Bumping threads more frequently than that may result in fines.
3. Forum games are not allowed at the moment. This includes (but is not limited to) games where each player posts a number in order to "count" to a pre-defined number, send-a-dragon type of games, or guessing games. Contests may be held only in the Contests forum.
